Mangers For a Better Christmas 2018
Yes we're thinking about Christmas already and as much as you'd like to deny it I bet you are too! Last year we took a little manger break after moving into our new home and just feeling overwhelmed and tired and the thought of mass manger creating. As we have talked back and forth about it we know that it's time to start making mangers again.
If you have no idea what these mangers mean to us, let me give you a little background. A few years ago I had this thought that I needed to start building mangers and selling them to help others in need. I had no idea how to make them and let the thought slide. Then the next year the idea came back, and wouldn't go away. With the help of my husband, we came up with a model, and I knew that this was something that would help our family come closer to feeling the real meaning of Christmas. I posted the idea on Instagram and started taking orders. I really only thought that we'd make maybe 50 at the most, but within the first 24 hours I could tell that we needed a lot more supplies. We really were touched at how many people supported our idea through purchases, reposting, helping with the work load, or just kind words. We ended up making over 125 mangers and raising over $1200 to help other families in our area. We know that this will now continue to be a tradition for our family and have started building once again. A couple of years ago we raised $1,500 that went to anonymously help families in our area. We have appreciated so much the support that we've received in doing this project and look forward to getting started again this year.
Here are the options for this year. If you have Venmo you can send us the money that way: @Tiffany-Brady-2. We also accept Paypal: gaamk0@gmail.com. The mangers will cost $20 each, and if shipping is needed it will be $18 extra (I'm sorry about that cost! I wish I could hand deliver all of these myself). They come with a gray stain on them, and measure approximately 7 1/2 wide x 19 1/2" long x 7" tall. It also comes with a little bag of raffia ("hay") and piece of muslin. We will be making and getting all manger ready over the next month and then out to you.

2016 Mangers for a Better Christmas
We are done taking orders for this year. We have had so much success and are thankful for all of your support. If you missed the chance to get one and would like me to contact you next year when we get started please send your email to: tiffj.brady@yahoo.com Thanks so much!
I can't believe that it's manger season again! We got our house sold this year, moved in with my in-laws for three months, and then moved across town to our temporary home while we wait to start building (that's a whole different conversation). We are happy to be where we are and look forward to see what the next twelve months brings.

Choose Happy
I thought it would be fun to enter Adornit's coloring contest when I spotted it on Instagram. I sent in my address and they mailed me some cute printables to color. It wasn't until they came in the mail that I realized that it's been years since I'd actually colored anything. I have to admit I was tempted just to scan and color via Photoshop. That's more of my element these days. The other night I broke out the watercolors and decided to take a stab at it. It didn't turn out perfect but it was a lot of fun to paint and I'll definitely do more painting in the future. I decided to take some of the bias tape that I've recently made and put it with some crocheted purple daisies, to create a little garland. It will happily hang in my craft space and remind me to be happy of course and also that Spring is in my future.

Mangers for a Better Christmas
We are done with mangers for this year. Thanks so much for all of your support! If you'd be interested next year please leave us a comment with your email.
If this is the first time that you've heard about or are just now seeing our mangers, let me give you a little background. A few years ago I had this thought that I needed to start building mangers and selling them to help others in need. I had no idea how to make them and let the thought slide. Then last year the idea came back and wouldn't go away. With the help of my husband we came up with a model and I knew that this was something that would help us as a family come closer to feeling the real meaning of Christmas.
With trying to sell our house and other things that are keeping us busy right now we may have to limit how many are made. We have roughly 60 that should be ready by next week so please let us know as soon as you can and we will work hard to fill all the orders. All of the money earned will go towards helping other families or individuals have a Christmas they wouldn't be able to have on their own. For this reason we will try to fulfill all the orders that come in.
There are a few options this year that are different than last year. On the right column you'll see two different paypal options (you don't have to have a paypal account to use these). The mangers will cost $20 each and if shipping is needed it will be $15 extra. They come with a gray stain on them and they measure approximately 7 1/2 wide x 19 1/2" long x 7" tall. It also comes with a little bag of raffia and piece of cloth.
If you live in Cache Valley
1. Email me at tiffj.brady@yahoo.com and we can arrange for a time to meet. You can either pay through the Paypal button listed or when we meet.
2. There will be mangers at the Holly Berry Christmas Boutique Thursday December 3rd - Saturday December 5th - 742 East 590 North Smithfield (I'll update with times when I get them).

Random Digital 3x4 Cards FREEBIE!
As you can see if you scroll down a bit I pooped out of my project life last year. I got behind and then it was so crazy trying to catch up and I just ended up quitting. I love looking at the pages that I did finish and decided that I needed to try again this year. I decided that this year I'm sticking with digital pages (I'm truly a digital girl at heart). That way I don't have any excuses not to finish. I am really loving it and though at this very moment I'm a little behind I know I can and will catch up. Doing this has also gotten me excited about playing around with digital elements again. So I thought it would be fun to create some cards for myself and anyone else that like them. Anything that I create I'll post here so you can snatch and use it in anyway you'd like. Personal use or commercial is fine too. I'd love to see pics if you end up using any of these cards. Enjoy!

Week Nine
My week nine documents a pretty low key week in the life of the Bradys. Actually most weeks are low key, but it's a fun time to document some stages that the girls are at. I know I'll look back and laugh about how much Kate love to save EVERYTHING at this moment. Right now I have three mini cupcakes (it should be four, but I ate one so we'll see how she handles that, lol), a half eaten sucker, part of a chocolate milk, and three mini corn dogs that she's saving. Anyway, here's my week nine:
